I am a retired Air Force Veteran who discovered CrossFit in search of a workout methodology to stay in shape and hold me accountable. I immediately fell in love with the constantly changing work outs, and especially love the family type environment. I became a coach to become better educated about CrossFit and all its components. I love coaching and think I learn as much as the athletes in my classes do.
