Strength: 3x10 back squat (something you will not fail but not to light where you might be able to get the first 5 fast then need to slow it down for last 5) (we are going to build volume for a week or 2 then get into lower reps and build that base strength) Wod: 7 Min AMRAP 7 Hnag power cleans 155/105 7 T2B 7 burpees to pullup bar (this is not very long so need to pick a weight that will be unbroken as well as something you can rip throu7 T2B also and recover and slow down if need with the burpees)...
