Jill McMillin

Coach

In 2012 I was ready for a change in my daily gym routines that consisted of running, spin classes, yoga & weight lifting. After reading about CrossFit workouts that focused on high intensity movements with heavy weight lifting, I wanted to try it out.

CrossFit prepares you for any workout thrown your way. Also, it does not matter what your athletic abilities are, everyone can work out side by side while encouraging and motivating one another to do their best.

Simply, because of the results. My strength and endurance continue to increase along with muscle definition and mentally I am stronger due to the consistently varied programing in our workouts.

Each year I compete in the D Town Throwdown, Fittest Team of the Metro East, Tag Team and other local competitions such as Plex Games, and the Greater Gateway Games. Have podiumed at a few of these as well.
